Veronix publishes Minecraft server plugins, documentation and related digital content.
3. Contracts and payment
Free usage begins when content is supplied/downloaded. Paid purchases follow the ordering process and terms of the relevant sales platform.
4. License
Unless another license is stated, users receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the supplied plugin on their own Minecraft servers. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is prohibited.
5. Updates and compatibility
Products may be changed, discontinued or archived. Compatibility is limited to documented versions and environments.
6. Support
Support availability and response time are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.
7. Liability
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Otherwise German statutory warranty and liability principles apply.
8. Governing law
German law applies, while mandatory consumer protection rules at a consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
